Referral Program

Get a free tutoring session as a reward for each successful referral. When an existing student or parent refers a new student who signs up for tutoring, the referrer receives a free tutoring session. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms and conditions for the tutoring referral program:

1. Eligibility: a. The referral program is open to current students or their parents/guardians who are actively enrolled in our tutoring services. b. The referred student must be a new client who has not previously used our tutoring services.
2. Referral Process: a. To participate, the referred student must provide a referral card, from the referrer, with the name and contact information of the referrer, along with the referrer’s unique one-time use referral code to our tutoring office. b. Referral cards can be submitted to the tutoring office in person or via email.
3. Free Session Reward: a. Upon successful enrollment of the referred student in our tutoring program, the referrer will be eligible for a free tutoring session. b. The free session will be of the same duration and subject as the sessions the referrer is currently enrolled in. c. The free session reward cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.
4. Redemption: a. The referrer can schedule their free session by contacting our tutoring office and providing their unique one-time use referral code or other identifying information. b. The free session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days from the referral’s enrollment date. c. The free session is subject to availability and may be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time with the tutor.
5. Limits: a. The referral program has no limit on the number of referrals a referrer can make. b. A separate free session will be rewarded for each successful referral. c. The free session reward cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
6. Modifications and Termination: a. Our tutoring office reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. b. In the event of program termination, any unredeemed referral rewards will no longer be valid.
7. Abuse: a. Any attempt to abuse the referral program, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals or false information, may result in the disqualification of the referrer from participating in the program.
8. Discretion: Our tutoring office reserves the right to exercise discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions.

By participating in the referral program, the referrer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
